The VVG-ngd 2x1.5 DKZ flat cable (GOST), fire-resistant, 100m consists of two copper solid conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 sq.mm in a flat non-combustible sheath. The cable sheath has a reduced chlorine content, which results in significantly less smoke and less toxic fumes when burning. This VVG cable is marked as VVG-ngd and comes with orange insulation.
The main application of the VVG-ngd 2x1.5 wire is for internal and external wiring, including areas near flammable materials, for connecting lighting fixtures, and stationary electrical equipment. The orange VVG cable is used in premises with increased fire safety requirements.
